Sara spent years studying criminal justice, psychology, and accounting before getting her master’s in business administration. The vast educational knowledge has proved invaluable in business areas. Sara has over 20 years of experience in the accounting & business operations field, with over 18 years as a Finance Director at diverse nonprofit organizations in Virginia. With a passion for helping small-to-medium businesses improve financial efficiency, Sara has provided consultative services over her career. Sara enjoys spending time with her family and 2 Boxers, Arya, and Zeus. In her spare time Sara enjoys being active and volunteers at a local animal shelter.
Randy Spiggle
Randy has built a solid industry reputation over the last 20 years as a National Sales Director. Randy has extensive industry knowledge and a passion to provide outstanding service throughout the entire sales process. Randy enjoys spending time with his family, pets and anything sports. As an alum of East Carolina University Randy spends time supporting the school’s athletic programs. Over the years, Randy volunteered as a youth coach for multiple youth sports, spending many years coaching and mentoring young people.

Ryan’s warm charismatic personality makes him an asset as the go to Customer Service Representative. After spending several years stationed in Louisiana, Ryan returned to Virginia. As an Army Veteran, he brings a wealth of experience that aligns with the A to Z mission. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his friends and family, listening to music, attending music festivals and following a healthy lifestyle.
